2023 will mark the eighteenth year that area amateur radio operators have fled the blistering heat and stressful pace of the city, for the cool, relaxing surroundings of our 3-day mountain retreat. Mt. Charleston is a pleasant alpine forested peak with an altitude of 11,913 ft. overlooking Las Vegas. Our Field Day site is located among the cedar trees at the 8340 ft level. Here the temperatures average 30 degrees cooler than in Las Vegas. If you have joined us in the past, 'Welcome Back'. If this is your first time here, feel free to browse these pages.
